Hello! We are looking for someone to fill a basement bedroom in a four bedroom home right on Sherman Circle in the Petworth neighborhood. The room has its own full bathroom as well as a private entryway, which leads out to one of the home’s parking spaces. There are stairs leading up to the main home, which has a full kitchen, living room, dining room, and a large, fenced in backyard. The other three bedrooms are on the top floor along with a laundry room with a full-size washer/dryer set.

The home faces Sherman Circle park and has the following perks nearby:
* 15 minute walk to the Georgia Ave/Petworth metro station.
*C75 bus stop located right outside the home — arrives at the metro in ~5 min
* 12 minute walk to Safeway
* Lots of restaurants and convenience stores within walking distance

The rent is $1250 + utilities, and we are looking for someone to sign a one-year lease starting between Oct 19th and November 1st

We have two lovely cats in the home, so being a cat person is a plus!

About us: We are three friends who have signed on to this gorgeous home and are looking to fill the remaining bedroom. We all work full time, and are in-office most of the week. We’re all friendly and tidy people who enjoy living with others, while also taking time to do our own thing.
