Our priority is finding a compatible household that will enjoy living together—because every living arrangement isn’t right for everyone. We’re happy to work with an established group or a qualified starter group while they thoughtfully select additional housemates.

SPECIAL MOVE-IN OFFER: Move in during August or September with no rent due through September 30. The first full rent payment is due October 1. The base lease runs through June 30, with yearly renewal options.

This is a whole-house lease—not individual bedroom rentals. The household may decide how to divide the $5,700 monthly rent based on room selection, private bathrooms, bonus space, and parking.

ADT security and gas are included. Tenants are responsible for electricity, water, and internet. Electricity and water may also be prorated into the monthly payment based on prior bills.

Approved tenants may secure the home with a holding deposit for their share of the rent. The holding deposit converts to the security deposit once the lease is completed.
