The apartment has a shared bathroom, a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and laundry on every floor.
All utilities are included (electricity, water, Wi-Fi, heating, etc.).
You’ll be sharing the apartment with two clean, quiet, and friendly Italian girls, both students.
We are looking for a female tenant preferably, respectful, tidy, and responsible.
Free early move-in possible around mid-December.
Lease runs until September 2026, with possible renewal.
A $1,500 security deposit is required (which will be transferred back to the current tenant at move-in).
