I will be leaving DC at the end of November due to a new job and I need someone to take over my room in a 2 bed, 2 bath. I live at the collective Agora, a very nice luxury apartment in the middle of Washington Navy Yard. The apartment has a ton of amenities; I love to play the grand piano on the third floor, but it also has many gyms, a basketball court, massage chairs, a sauna, and way more. An NBA player (Leaky Black) lives three floors above me, and there is another wNBA player (Rori Harmon) who lives in the building as well, amongst many other cool people.

I have furniture in the apartment that I am willing to negotiate on; my roommate is a 3L (final year) at GW law and he owns a TV, PS5, couch and more which will be staying, and I have some drawers and stuff that I'd be willing to leave if desired. I also have a bidet installed on my toilet that I am willing to leave, it is quite epic. This apartment is notably more expensive right now than it was when I moved in. The building is fantastic and I hope you are interested!

My roommate is fairly quiet and doesn't go out a lot but he's very nice and respectful.
