Hi All,

Looking for a lease takeover. I am very flexible with dates, so just give me a time and day that works for you. Anytime before January 1st would be ideal.

My apartment is The Collective in Navy Yard. It is a luxury apartment w/ great amenities including a basketball court (full court), tennis court, golf simulator, two rooftop pools (one with a view of the Capital and one quiet Spanish architecture), a hot tub, indoor swimming pool, 3 Gyms, and much more. All of these amenities are free and included in the rent price!

The apartment is 7 min walk to green line (Navy Yard/Ballpark) and 10-12 min walk to silver, orange, and blue (Capital South).

The apartment also has a Whole Foods underneath and a great view of the capital and Washington monument.
