Looking for Roommate in 3/3.5 Townhouse in MVS

We’re looking for a third roommate to replace our current roommate. About the house/room which is available immediately:

- The house is a huge, 3 story, 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath rowhouse

- Open bedroom is on the second floor with its own bathroom

- You’d share the common areas: a large living room, dining room, kitchen with double ovens, gas range, and dishwasher, a backyard, and a washer/dryer on the second floor

- House is close to the Mt Vernon Square Metro stop on the Green/Yellow lines, several bus lines, 395, restaurants, grocery stores, and nightlife, while still being on a quiet block

- Rent is $1200 a month plus utilities (water, gas, electric, and internet)

- Room is available NOW!

- Move in requires an application with the landlord and a one month security deposit

You’d be joining two roommates: one mid-20s male and one mid-40s male. We’re both very friendly, easy-going, and out of the house quite a bit. The vibe of the house is pretty chill.
