My partner and I live in a beautiful 3 bedroom, four story townhome in the Mayfair neighborhood of DC. Beautiful brick exterior, updated interior, two balconies, and a quick five minute walk to an orange line metro.

After 13 years as roommates and five in this house, my friend is leaving to move in with her partner.

So we are looking to fill her large top floor room with walk-in closet and balcony access.

The house is fully furnished so you would only need to furnish your room.

Open to all genders and even a couple.

Rent is 1200 for individual (including utilities and WiFi) or 1800 for a couple. We will be signing a new month to month lease starting September 1.

We already have pets so ideally no additional pets.
