Fully furnished, private bedroom for rent to one individual in charming and comfortable two-bedroom, one bathroom apartment - available month of October only. Shared living/dining area, kitchen, and bathroom. This location and rental rate can't be beat for DC!

Fantastic location in central, desirable Logan Circle neighborhood. Walk to many great neighborhoods, including U street, Chinatown, the National Mall. Walk to grocery stores, downtown, great restaurants, cafes, convention center steps away. Very close to public transportation (both train and bus) for all local universities, shopping, and more.

I’m a professional woman, and I lead a quiet lifestyle. I like to travel internationally, I go to the gym, and at home I like to cook healthy food, take care of my plants, craft, read, and do puzzles. I sometimes board cats (1-2 at a time); you can keep your bedroom door closed to them. (I will have a cat Oct 15-31.)

I seek a respectful, tidy, and responsible roommate. No smoking, drugs, or excessive drinking.

Charming, historic brick building (Circa 1910). 4 stories, walk-up. Apartment is on 3d floor. Common laundry room (pay to use) in basement.

Room is furnished with full bed, 2 dressers, sitting chair, lamps, TV, ceiling fan, and window a/c. Has closet (also used for storage). Lovely morning light. Room is on back of the building so it’s quiet and overlooks historic Naylor Court.

I am a vegetarian and ask that none of my kitchen items are used for meat or meat products (eggs and dairy are fine).
