Walk to grocery stores, downtown, great restaurants, cafes, convention center steps away. Very close to public transportation (both train and bus) for all local universities, shopping, and more.

I’m a professional woman, and I lead a quiet lifestyle. I like to travel internationally, I go to the gym, and at home I like to cook healthy food, take care of my plants, craft, read, and do puzzles. I sometimes board cats (1-2 at a time); you can keep your bedroom door closed to them.

I seek a respectful, tidy, and responsible roommate. No smoking, drugs, or excessive drinking.

Charming, historic brick building (Circa 1910). 4 stories, walk-up. Apartment is on 3d floor. Common laundry room in basement.

Room is furnished with full bed, 2 dressers, sitting chair, lamps, TV, ceiling fan, and window a/c. Has closet (also used for storage). Lovely morning light. Room is on back of the building so it’s quiet and overlooks historic Naylor Court.

I am a vegetarian and ask that none of my kitchen items are used for meat or meat products (eggs and dairy are fine).
