We do coliving: that means you have your own private, fully furnished bedroom while sharing beautifully designed common spaces — kitchens, living rooms, rooftop terraces — with like-minded people from around the world. At Cohabs, we make it easy to settle in, connect, and feel at home from day one.

We’re a European coliving company with 22 houses in New York City and a vibrant community of over 500 members from 25+ nationalities. Our mission is simple: create spaces where people can live comfortably, connect naturally, and thrive together. Now, we’re bringing that same warm, international vibe to Washington, D.C.

Our newest house is in the lively Columbia Heights neighborhood, just steps from Meridian Hill Park. It’s more than a place to stay — it’s a home designed for connection.

Although the house has 36 rooms, it’s divided into 7 units so you get the best of both worlds — the intimacy of a smaller household and big communal spaces where everyone comes together.
