After 16 houses and +310 members in NYC, we are opening a new coliving space in the vibrant area, Meridian Hill Park in Washington, DC. A thoughtfully-designed spaces to call home, for a little or a while.

Located in the thriving neighborhood of Columbia Heights, this new Cohabs house is the perfect coliving space to call your home if you’re new to Washington or want to meet some new people.

Although there are 36 rooms, there are plenty of spacious common areas so we’re willing to bet you won’t want to spend too much time alone.

The house is divided into 7 units with common spaces for the whole house (like the rooftop or the gym).

In this unit 3, there are 2 bedrooms, all equipped with a desk, a wardrobe, and plenty of storage space.

- 2 private rooms of 101 ft for one person, with a shared shower (shared with one or 2 other Cohabs members max)
- a private room of 108 ft for one person, with a shared shower (shared with one or 2 other Cohabs members max)

With a stunning kitchen and fully-furnished dining room to enjoy meals out of, there’s also a cozy cinema room, private gym, a rooftop, and even bike storage so you can explore Washington at the drop of a hat. With a ton going on outside and at home, moving into Columbia 1480 is sure to be a fantastic adventure.
