Private bedroom with its own bathroom in my owner-occupied LeDroit Park condo. This is a room in a shared home, not the entire apartment. Rent is $1,200 per month, including utilities and internet. Available October 6.

The room is partially furnished with a double bed and small desk. The building is quiet, with secure bike storage and a shared outdoor deck. It’s near Howard University and about a 10-minute walk to the Shaw and U Street Metro stations. I have a cat, so you should be comfortable living with one.

I’m looking for a considerate roommate interested in either a short-term rental or potentially longer if we have a mutual agreement that we are the right fit together. Please tell me a little about yourself and your desired move-in date.
