I have a room opening up in a 3BR/2.5BA rowhouse in Ledroit Park/Shaw, which is about a 10 minute walk from the Shaw/Howard Metro. The ad says unfurnished but the current roommate is open to leaving the bed. Move-in timing/lease start date is flexible, between April 22 and first week of May. We could consider a sublet if they could commit to 3 full months.

The available room shares a bathroom with one other person.
The block is quiet and residential, but you’re within easy walking distance of restaurants, grocery stores, and transit.
