Huge room - 22 ft by about 19 ft across - quiet - bathroom right across - it is on the top floor of the house - separate floor altogether- To share with one other wonderful professional male roommate above .on the same floor .

There is a bedroom up on the top floor and 2 additional bedrooms with private baths on the lower level with a separate entrance as well - available for rent . All utilities are included on all the rooms .

Have a huge outside patio area and a 1/3 rd acre lot to relax on the green space .
Brian and myself are in real estate and Thomas is a young government professional.
It is an international house . We welcome ALL .

.The house has all the amenities ie washer dryer , dishwasher etc . And the kitchen is fully equipped with all utensils etc . You just bring your clothes and you are good to go .
