The resident owner is an active 74-year-old retiree who works part-time as a photographer and photography instructor. Quiet, non-smoker. I am usually away from home for several hours each day. The kitchen and laundry in the house can be shared if the tenant desires. There is a medium size refrigerator and microwave oven in the living space. All utilities are included as well as access to high-speed internet.

I'm looking for a responsible tenant, male or female, with no children. A retiree would be ideal. No Couples or long-term visitors will be considered—no smoking or vaping on the premises. The tenant may hang artwork or photographs on the walls. No adhesives may be used to mount items on the wall. Mounting TVs on the wall is not permitted. There is a penalty for breaking the lease without notice.
