We are looking for a kind, chill, respectful (clean) roommate. Current roommates are all working young professionals, one woman and three men. Everyone is friendly and social, but this is NOT a party house. All are welcome, provided you are gainfully employed and pay your bills on time, and are cool with doing your part to keep shared spaces clean (especially the kitchen and bathrooms).

The room for rent is a surprisingly large 208' square foot (16’ x 13’) unfurnished second floor master bedroom with 4 huge windows, towering high 10’ ceilings, and amazing natural light! There are not many rooms for rent like this in the city!

Newly renovated, this grand old four-bedroom townhouse is immense (~2,600+ sq. ft.) and full of character and old city charm, with beautiful wood detailing and hardwood floors. Spacious rooms, high ceilings, and big beautiful windows throughout provide incredible natural light.

First floor common areas are all fully furnished and well-appointed and include a large foyer, a living room with a 55” big screen TV, a dining room with a table that seats eight, a new full-size washer and dryer, a half bathroom, and an enormous and well-appointed chefs’ kitchen… all with 12’ ceilings! Included in the recent renovations, nearly every wall and ceiling in the house have been freshly painted.

Renovations and updates just completed in the kitchen include a new hardwood floor, a new tile backsplash, new black stainless-steel appliances, new upper kitchen cabinets and beautifully refinished lower cabinets.
