Searching for 2 housemates

Hello! I am looking for two roommates who can move in by August for a 1 to 2 year lease with an option to extend.

About the place:
- The townhouse (3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths) is located on a quiet street in Bloomingdale (near Howard University and McMillan Reservoir) and a 15 minute walk from the Shaw-Howard Metro station and close to a number of convenient bus stops. I’ve been easily able to commute to Georgetown and downtown for school/work.
- There are two bedrooms upstairs available plus an office and decent storage space. Rent would depend on the room but both options will be less than $1500 without utilities. Base rent is $4000 but would be a bit lower with a 2 year lease.
- Walking distance to a Whole Foods, free community pools, parks, bars, and more.
- No off street parking but street parking is always available.
- We have a small backyard with a fig tree.
- Washer/dryer in basement

About me:
I’m 27 and graduated from a master’s program at Georgetown (M. S. in Environment and Sustainability Management) this year. I have a hybrid work schedule for a nonprofit downtown and enjoy a healthy balance of staying in and going out. I like to be clean but am also pretty relaxed and respectful of your privacy. In my free time, I enjoy reading, playing ice/roller hockey, rollerblading around the city, and watching sports/shows/movies. I live in the basement but would love to hang out in the common spaces including our nice, big dining room and comfy living room.

My current roommates (two women in their mid-late 20s) have lived here for a few years and have loved the house/location but are moving out of state / to a different part of the city.
