The rooms are a nice size in a beautiful house. The house is a 5-6 minute walk from the Shaw/ Howard Metro. The house features a generous full kitchen with a grand living room, and a washer & dryer. It has 2 full bathrooms and one-half bathroom. Housemates include 3 young professionals. We are a very easy-going household, yet quiet, and strongly respect each other's privacy. We respect and keep our common areas clean, and expect the same from you in the 4th bedroom. Must be willing to pay 1st month's rent deposit of $900.
