Looking for a quiet roommate for unoccupied furnished 4th bedroom in a large furnished row house in DC to move in soon. The rent for the room is currently $900/month, utilities not included. The rooms are a nice size in a beautiful house. The house is a 5-6 minute walk from the Shaw/ Howard Metro on the green line. A 5 minute walk to U Street, 5 minute walk to Howard's campus and right by a metro bus stop to Georgetown.

The house features a generous full kitchen with a grand living room with high ceilings and a washer & dryer in the unit. It has 2 full bathrooms and one-half bathroom. Housemates include 3 young professionals. We are a very easy-going household, yet very quiet, and we strongly respect each other's privacy. We respect and keep our common areas very clean, and expect the same from the new housemate. Must be willing to pay first and last month's rent and security deposit.

Other utilities (electric) come out to around $50pp/month depending on time of year. WiFi is included.
