Non-permit street parking always available right in front! Friendly neighbors, tree lined street. Hiking trails nearby. Security cameras on property for safety.

The house is divided, so you’d share your own furnished living area on the bottom floor (seen in photos) with the other housemate (who mainly keeps to their room).

One month deposit, and first month due at signing. Proof of income and credit score. Flexible lease, open to month to month with 45 day notice. However, longer leases will be preferred.
