Hey all!

I'm looking for a housemate for October move in. I've been in this unit for over a year now in Glover Park living with my friend Kyle who is moving out to live with his girlfriend.

The unit is 2 bed 1 bath and I'm comfortable living with male or female housemates (I have prior experience with both and have references upon request). $1,500 per month with utilities included. Nice open windows on the ground floor, but tucked down a bit on the hill for protection from cars, its pretty nice. We've got our own private entry way here on the backside of the building and our own patio/porch/garden area. There's storage in the building basement and laundry in the building as well. Unit has central air, so none of those crappy wall AC units. And the heater works really well in the Winter.

The second picture is when I first moved in last year. Its currently furnished. I can send updated pictures. Also happy to do a tour.
