Medium Room For Rent In Washington DC Glover Park

Good morning, My name is Jonathan Marroquin. I am looking for a roommate to sublease my room in the area of Glover Park NW close to Georgetown University. The room is $860 located in the basement. You will be sharing the bathroom currently with 1 female roommate. You would have to pay 1 of the 3 utilities yourself. Electric, Gas or Water. You have access to the kitchen and living room areas of the house. You also have access to a free parking space if you drive to work. There are also many convenient bus stops close to the townhouse to take to get around the city. The deposit is equivalent to 1 month’s rent. The room is a good medium size with a big closet. You also have very professional and studious housemates who are studying at school and are hard working. The townhouse is located close to all the convenient stores like Cvs, Gym and Restaurants… The room contract for me was for 1 year but I have student loans to pay so I am unable to pay for the room. The landlord let me know if I find a person who can sublease I can move out and that person can take my place. Please let me know if you are interested.
