Bedroom available a 2BR 1BA home, located about a 10-minute walk from Georgetown University (Palisades neighborhood) and right above the Capital Crescent Trail which allows to safely bike/run to the heart of DC.

The room is spacious and well-lit. One of the biggest highlights of the place is a large backyard something quite rare in DC. As the spring days are coming, you will be able to enjoy it right away. Rest is common Hall, kitchen, bath shared, washer&dryer and dishwasher. You will be sharing the place with a quiet and respecful Georgetown University student. Rent is $1150 + $50 utililies.

The room will be available April 11th.

House expectations: Maintaining a calm, quiet home environment is the top priority. Guests are welcome occasionally, with the expectation that the space remains respectful and comfortable. Keeping common areas clean and well-maintained.
