Two private rooms opening up in our comfortable, friendly co-living house, ready for move-in now. We have a smaller room at $795 per month and a large room at $895 per month. Utilities are included.
A little about us: we're a welcoming, low-key household of young women (currently GW students), and two housemates are moving out at the end of the summer. We keep an easy, respectful home and would love to find the right people to fill these rooms.
