The apartment is a 2 bed/2bath located in the Fort Totten neighborhood of Washington DC right next to the Fort Totten metro with access to the Red, Green, and Yellow Line metro - just a quick 5 minute walk away!

The apartment is also within walking distance to Aldi and Walmart.

Rent: $1475

Application Requirements: 650+ credit score
Monthly income of 2.5x rent (3687.50) (around 44,250 annually)

About Me: I'm 25, moving to DC to work in arts admin on a hybrid schedule. I am clean and respectful and also introverted but down to be friends with my roommate. I have celiac disease so keeping a tidy kitchen is especially important. If you like to bake or cook with wheat flour, we are probably not the best fit. Also, I am allergic to pets so I can't live with any animals. Outside of work, I enjoy being out in nature, going to the theater, and watching stand up comedy.
