Subletting my room in a townhouse at 816 New Hampshire Ave NW for the spring semester while I'm studying abroad. The house is one block from both GW's campus and the Foggy Bottom Metro station (Blue, Orange, and Silver lines).

The basics:

$1,400/month for your spot in the room, plus utilities (split evenly among residents)
Available mid-December through May

The room: You'd be sharing the double bedroom with my current roommate. The room has its own bathroom, used only by the two of you. There's also a single bedroom with its own bathroom, so three people live in the house in total.

Amenities: In-unit washer/dryer, AC and heating, full kitchen, living room, and a backyard.

Currently two guys living in the house (a double with my current roommate, plus a single next door). Both are clean, like to cook/bake, and involved around campus.
