Looking for a roommate to renew a lease with me at Monroe Street Market in Brookland starting mid-August 2026 (renewal needs to be signed by June 14th). The available room opens July 1st and comes with a private bathroom in a spacious 2 bed / 2 bath apartment (~1100 sqft).

Current rent is $1550/month + utilities, though final rent will be determined with lease renewal. Lease renewal would be for at least 11 months (through July 2027), and your name would be added to the lease.

About me:
I’m a 29-year-old male resident physician. I’m sociable and enjoy going out, cooking, hosting the occasional dinner party, and spending time with friends, but overall the apartment is calm, clean, and respectful. I’m tidy, easygoing, and communicative, and I’m looking for someone with a similar vibe. Open to male or female roommates, students or professionals.
