Looking for a roommate to sign a 12-month lease at The Edison for a two bedroom apartment in the affordable dwelling program.
Rent is $950/month each, the building has a gym, media room, clubhouse, courtyard, etc. and is brand new. It is located at 1240 4th Street, NE Washington DC 20002 and is a five-minute walk to the NoMa-Gallaudet U metro (red line).
I believe it is 2 bedroom one bath, but I am not positive about if there are 1 or 2 bathrooms (can only confirm once I have conferred with The Edison staff after having found a roommate).
Income should be between $31,188-$38,784 annually to qualify. We will each need to provide The Edison with 6 most recent pay stubs OR employment letter on company letterhead, 2 years of tax returns, and 6 months of bank statements to qualify for the program. There will be a reservation deposit of $100 and paperwork, with a $50 fee for the application to The Edison.
I am a female recent university graduate entering the workforce and moving permanently to D. C. Preference for women in their 20's-30's who are clean, neat, and considerate. Open to hangout or give you your space--whichever you prefer.
