Looking for fun, community-oriented people to join me at a beautiful group home in Columbia Heights. Starting anytime between Dec 1 and Jan 1

ROOMS AVAILABLE:
A beautiful master bedroom, top floor: huge room with a fireplace, a reading nook, two extra loft-style nooks, two huge closets, and a decked out bathroom. Ideally looking for a couple to occupy this room (to better utilize the space and maximize roommates/fun)- a door partition separates this room from a butler pantry and the most insane two-story deck situation that will be accessed by the whole house

Large room on second floor: large, bright room with a fireplace, closet, reading nook, and attached/private full bathroom.

About the house:

Location: one block (3 min walk!) from Columbia Heights metro (Green Line), 3 Cabi docks within a 3 min walk

House is fully upgraded, efficient, and spacious. Pics attached of common spaces - kitchen + dining area, living rooms, reading area/library, the aforementioned two-story balcony.

You can be involved in the furnishing of the place ! I will also be moving in but currently living in Admo.

About myself:

I am 27 y/o, currently staying in a 8-10 person group home in Adams Morgan, looking to stay in DC for the long term while also maintaining the group home vibes. Grew up in NOVA, went to school in Toronto at UofT. I like to read (I own a library aka 1000+ books, which will be in the house and in the common reading room), play and watch soccer, explore DC/MD/VA food/bookstores/thrifting/nature, go to dive bars and dance, and surround myself with good people ! I also bring a executive Costco membership to the table (and a car)

About yourself:
Looking for anyone between 25-32 who’s looking to create a space for themselves and their friends in the city, open to dinner parties, hosting, enjoys their downtime, works full time in some job that’s not evil, politically aligned, up for whatever!
