It is located on the second floor and includes a large closet and private balcony overlooking the quiet backyard. The bathroom is shared with one other housemate. The house also includes washer and dryer, large gourmet kitchen with and coffee bar, and an enclosed patio.

Fixed $100 utility fee covers electricity, water, gas, cable/internet PLUS professional house cleaning every two weeks. Street parking available.

The other two roommates are professionals (male, 20s/30s) who are both clean, respectful, and quiet. Both work during the day, and one is also completing a masters program, so the house tends to be quiet during the week. Looking for a third roommate who is considerate, clean, and easy to live with. Location: At the corner of 16th and Monroe St NW. Two blocks to Columbia Heights metro, Target, Lidl, Giant Food. Two blocks to Mount Pleasant. Tons of restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. Farmer's Market every Wednesday and Saturday. Easy commute downtown via metro (Green/Yellow) or bus (D50/5x to Waterfront, D60/D6X to L'Enfant Plaza, D72 to Farragut North).
