Looking for New Roommate (Great Location!)

I’ve lived with one of my best friends for 5 years at the Highland Park Apartments in Columbia Heights, but he is now moving out. Our apartment is a 3rd floor corner unit with wrap-around, east-facing windows that receive phenomenal sunlight in the mornings. It’s super quiet, even though it overlooks one of the busiest intersections and metro stops in the city. The building has a great rooftop with panoramic views of DC, a sizable 24/7 gym with free weights, cardio equipment, and a yoga room. I have some furniture and most decor in already, but the apartment is over 1000 square feet, so you should have plenty of space to make yourself at home, as well.

There is parking onsite for $250 per month and parking just across the street in another covered garage for $175 per month.

Would prefer non-smokers, non-pet owners, but I could compromise under the right circumstances!
