We’re looking for a female roommate to fill an open master bedroom in our townhome in Columbia Heights!

* Less than a 10-minute walk to both the Columbia Heights and U Street Metro

* Spacious master bedroom that can fit a full or queen bed
* Two large closets
* A small balcony that’s just yours!
* Bathroom split with one other roommate

👥 About us: We’re three girls in our mid- to late 20s with both hybrid and fully in-office work schedules, so the house is active but never too crowded! We’re all pretty easygoing, respectful, and enjoy the occasional roommate hangout or drinks. We’ve each lived here for a year or more and really love both the house and the neighborhood (plus we have a great landlord!).

💰 Rent: $1525/month
💡 Utilities: Split 4 ways and usually no more than ~$100/month
