Hello! My roommate and I are looking to move out of our 4 bedroom house as soon as April 1st. We currently live here with 2 other girls in their early 20s who will still be living here with you. The house is 3 floors, with updated appliances in the kitchen, lots of natural light, and hardwood floors. One of the open bedrooms is on the second floor, has big bay windows, and shares a bathroom with the two roommates. The other bedroom is up a spiral staircase on the third floor, and has it's own attached bathroom with both a shower and a tub. Rent is 1100 a month per bedroom. There is a dog in the house, and other pets are welcome. The house has central AC and heat, a small fenced in backyard and deck, and big front porch.
