The neighborhood is experiencing exciting growth, especially along Marion Barry Avenue, with new restaurants and community spaces nearby. Local favorites like Sapodillas, Grounded Coffee Shop, and DC City Smokehouse are within walking distance. The Anacostia Riverwalk Trail and the Frederick Douglass National Historic Site are also close by for outdoor recreation and culture.

House Expectations

This is a shared home. Cleanliness, communication, and mutual respect are important. Guests are welcome with one week’s notice, and overnight stays are limited to two days unless otherwise agreed in writing.
