I just moved in a month ago. Small very small pet is allowed. MUST MUST MUST BE CLEAN and help with house chores. I dont like couples had a very very bad experience with one. You can company but they must be respectful and clean. You must help with house supplies. I bad experience with tenants using my stuff and not replacing it. I just recently quit drinking so I dont want no alcohol, cigarrettes or drugs in my home. I live alone and have a cat. I do have a big family and they visit often.
