Room for Rent July 1 - September 1

Hellooo! Looking for a roommate for a short term sublease for end of June/July 1 - September 1! $1550 a month + electric which averages $75 a month. It’s the bigger of the two rooms, comes with a new full size bed and desk, and has 2 closets.

The unit is spacious, in unit washer dryer, dish washer, central AC, kitchen with a skylight, a balcony, right in the heart of Adam’s Morgan.

C51 and C53 stop right out front, 5 min walk from D72 and D74. 15 min walk from Dupont, Woodly Park, and U St metro stops.

A few things about me: my current roommate is my best friend so would love to be buds with whoever takes over the lease, but I also value alone time. We spend a lot time listening to music in the main space together while doing our own thing. I go to a lot of concerts and enjoy the occasional night out (future roommates may subjected to DC9 dance nights if that’s at all ur jam). Otherwise, I love spending time on the balcony, watching/playing soccer, and watching movies!
