I have a single bedroom available for $1,125/mo ($1625 for a couple) in a historic co-op in Adam's Morgan, conveniently located between the Red and Green line stops. The room is currently unfurnished, but I’m open to negotiating a furnished option if desired.

Rent includes WiFi, utilities, free laundry in the building (please note: no scented detergents allowed per co-op rules), gym access, rooftop access, and a cleaner service that comes in monthly to vacuum, mop, and dust the apartment. The shared bathroom was recently remodeled.

About me: I’m a 44-year-old professional gay male with a background in Library and Information Science and IT Project Management. I share my home with two friendly dogs. I’m a morning person, a book lover, and an introvert who enjoys quiet evenings. Outside of work, I like exploring local bookstores, going for walks with my dogs, and relaxing on the rooftop.
