Hi -

We're looking for someone to take one room (unfurnished) and move in on 1/1/2019. Rent will be $1200 + utilities (~$35 a month).

The Apartment:
- 2 BR / 2BA in the quiet part of the River North area
- Walking distance (~10 mins) from the River North party scene, Eataly, Red / Purple Line, CVS, Starbucks, the Loop, Jewel Osco, East Bank Club
- Gorgeous view of the River North area
- Doorman, Fitness Center in the lobby (no additional charge)
- Lots of closet space, and your own bathroom
- In unit washer / dryer
- Balcony with Balcony Furniture

Your Roommates:
- 20 something M and F couple, both of whom are consultants, so there may be some weeks where you would have the place to yourself
- Has a cute cat
- Prefer to not bring the party back home, but cool with the occasional friendly gathering
- Are neat and tidy

You:
- Male or Female (no preference)
- Love cats
- Don't prefer to bring the party back home as well
- Are neat and tidy as well
