Looking for a female student or working professional to sublet my 1 bd/1 ba in a 3 bed/2 ba apartment in Gold Coast! Bedroom is very large, furnished with a queen bed, and plenty of closet space. Private bathroom attached to bedroom provides ample privacy and suite-style living in a spacious apartment.

Apartment is a 3 bd/2 ba shared with 2 young women who are medical students at Northwestern Memorial Hospital. We are very clean, respectful of one another, friendly, and welcoming to guests! You will have no trouble sharing our kitchen and living space as we are non-smoking, no pets, and no drugs/parties etc.

Our building is at Dearborn/Maple and includes a 24 hr doorman, mail/package delivery, a gym and rooftop pool, and is <5 min walk to Clark/Division Red line station, Treasure Island/Jewel Osco, Starbucks, shopping/dining, and overlooks the main triangle in Gold Coast. The Loop is a 10 min train ride away or a 20 min walk on a pleasant day. Michigan Avenue's shopping and the busy bar/restaurant scene in River North are both <10 min walking.
