Our apartment has plenty of space; we love it and we know you will too! It's close to lake, public transit and the Andersonville neighborhood. It is a great place with lots of space, a kitchen with new appliances, lots of light, central heat and air, in-unit laundry, and a dishwasher. It's 5 minutes' walk to multiple forms of public transit, an easy walk to several grocery stores, and has great, responsive landlords. There is also a small backyard and covered garage parking available for rent if you need it.
We're looking for someone to replace our roommate who is moving out of state. The apartment rent is $2600/month split three ways, plus utilities equally split. We are quiet, clean, friendly, love to cook, and have an orange cat. The room is available October 31 or any time after that, and the current lease ends on May 31, 2020.
