Room Available Now in 3bed/2ba Andersonville Apt

Hi there! We're looking for someone to sublet a bedroom in our gorgeous 3 bed/2 bath apt in Andersonville just off Clarke and Bryn Mawr. We?re very flexible on a move in date (you can move in as soon as Nov 1st) and the lease would then continue through June 30th, 2021 (with option to renew). Your share of the rent is $730 a month plus 1/3 of utilities (electric, gas, and internet) which generally are around $70-$80 a month per person.

The apt is all very new appliances and furnishings with central A/C and in-unit W/D. The bedroom is 9' x 12' with a large closet and sunny windows. The larger bathroom is shared with one of the other roommates. We have a lovely private porch plus a shared building patio with a view of the park. The common spaces are furnished already, all you'll need to provide are your bedroom furnishings (we have some room in the living room if you have more furniture as well).

The neighborhood is really great, fairly quiet, and there is free street parking throughout the area. Our place is within walking distance from the Bryn Mawr Red stop, various bus lines, lots of tasty restaurants, grocery stores, nightlife, and anything else you may need.

About your potential roommates: we are two professional women in our early 30?s, both working at home full-time right now due to COVID-19. We have three very affectionate cats living in the apartment so pet-friendly is a must. Also must be LGBTQ+ friendly.
