Private Room for Rent

This is an 1800 sq ft townhouse. I have a garage as well as guest parking surrounding the place. A beautifully decorated kitchen, living room, dining room, and laundry room make the rent worth it. In the last year, we got a new dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, water heater, and fridge! I have so much indoor and garage storage space that we can’t fill all of it! I have a gated backyard that is home to orange trees and birds of paradise :) Also I am within walking distance to Pleasant Hill Bart! The room is 9.5 by 11.5 feet, the closet is 5 ft 4 inches by 1 ft 10 inches. Previous roommates have fit a queen bed with a couple nightstands or a twin bed with a vanity. You will share a bathroom with my other roommate, V, who is super clean and nice! There is a third guest bathroom downstairs. The room is available on November 1st, 2026!

I am 27 and going back to school at UC Berkeley. Would love another student to share our struggles but open to anyone! I also have a dog named Winnie who is 30 lbs golden doodle and very well behaved. I am SUPER clean, and so is my other roommate V. All I do is work and study! I’m very respectful of your time and space, and really want you to feel at home here. We are looking for someone clean, kind, respectful, and drama free :)
