Fully furnished room/ Walnut Creek townhouse

I have a fully furnished townhouse in Walnut Creek. The room available for rent is 10‘ x 11‘. It has 9 foot closet and a large north facing window and a peaceful vibe. The room is furnished with a queen sized bed with drawers in the frame, and a desk.

The kitchen is fully shareable. There’s a large pantry that is shared between two roommates.

There is a half bath immediately outside the bedroom, which is intended to be for the primary use of the occupant in the bedroom. There is a downstairs bathroom with a shower over a tub that will be shared between both roommates. Only the vanities are for private use. Although when visitors are present, any bathroom may be used.

This is a homeowner occupied residence. My main concern is that everyone gets along well and is respectful of each other. Much of this is accomplished through mutual respect , cleanliness and clear communications. I enjoy a healthy social life, although most of that is outside of the home. I love sharing meals with friends, adventures in the kitchen as well as on hiking trails and outdoor events, art, music, hiking, yoga, etc.

I have a small, very friendly cat. No other pets can live here.
