I am a female in early 20s and work hybrid. Looking for 2 female roommates preferably in 20s to join. The condo is spacious and clean.

The complex is extremely safe and quiet, backing up to the Ironhorse Trail, and Contra Costa Canal Trail, 5 minute walk to Bay club, 10 minute walk to BART, 8 min drive to Downtown WC). The condo includes private community pool access!!

Lease term: 12 months (lease will be under all 3 individuals). Rent prices below DO NOT include PG&E.

Room 2 Rent: $1,300 (includes private bathroom)
Refundable security deposit: $3,600 (split amongst the 3 of us!)
