The house is near De La Salle High School and within walking distance to shopping local shopping centers that include Safeway, Trader Joe's, Starbucks, Chipotle, dry cleaners, restaurants, etc. The Iron Horse, canal trail, and other trails are nearby with downtown Walnut Creek, Concord, and Pleasant Hill only minutes away!

The House...
5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms with fireplace, washer and dryer, and all the necessary kitchen appliances, such as refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker. The house common areas are already fully furnished with pool table, couches, kitchen table, and TV with surround sound. High speed internet Wi-Fi is available throughout the whole house with Ethernet ports in each room and cable TV. Large backyard with gas BBQ and patio set! Gardener comes every other week and is included in rent. The cul-de-sac has plenty of street parking! Unfortunately, our lease does not allow pets.

The Available Bedroom...
$700 for an upstairs bedroom with 1 window, closet, views of the street and neighbors house, and high speed ethernet and coaxial TV ports. The bathroom is shared with 2 other guys and has a double-basin sink, bathtub, and separate shower. Available for move-in as soon as possible. Minimum 6 month lease preferred. Deposit is $1000.

We Are...
21-33 year-old college graduates presently working in various industries throughout the Bay Area. We Drink socially, enjoy music, movies, sports, fitness, travel, and going out with friends. We are fun, outgoing, and pretty laid-back guys looking for someone else with a similar personality to share this house with.

You...
Young professional, working full-time, mature, clean, respectful, and dependable. Must enjoy a clean-living environment (i. e. clean up after yourself, do not smoke in the house, and other common-sense standards). There will be a background check for the chosen candidate (credit, references, and no criminal record).
