We pride ourselves on maintaining a stable, comfortable, and happy living environment for everyone in our home. To welcome our new housemate, the room features fully washed carpets and fresh wall touch-ups!

The Space:
One upstairs bedroom available immediately.
Located at the end of the hallway, offering excellent privacy.
Unfurnished with a standard closet, one window with a new curtain, freshly washed carpet, a new area rug, and fresh paint. (Renter brings own furniture).

Shared Bathroom:
Shared with another roommate. Features a large double-sink vanity and a separate, private toilet space with an interior door. Assigned cabinet, drawer, and shower rack space ensure zero clutter or conflicts.

Shared Amenities:
Full access to a spacious kitchen, living room, and onsite laundry.
Central AC and heating throughout the home.

Commuter Friendly: 4-minute drive to the freeway; 20–25 minute walk to the Bay Point BART Station.

House Guidelines:
To ensure a harmonious, peaceful living experience, we maintain the following household standards:
1. Quiet Hours: The home remains quiet after 11:30 PM for a restful night's sleep.
2. Shared Responsibility: Common areas are kept clean via a weekly household cleaning schedule shared on a rotating basis.
3. Kitchen Courtesy: Clean-up after cooking is expected to keep the shared space tidy for the next person.

Application Requirements:
Proof of income (verifiable income of at least 3x the monthly rent).
Minimum credit score requirement.
Standard credit and background check.
