We are looking for the reliable and trustworthy roommates to join our beautiful, new single-family home in the safe San Marco community (Bay Point/Concord/Pittsburg area). Now, we have two available private rooms on upstairs, a full large bathroom will be shared by 3 responsible people.

The Space:
Private Bedroom: Unfurnished with a standard closet and plenty of natural light.


Shared Bathroom: Large bathroom with double sinks, shared with other two roommates. We have assigned cabinets, shower rack, storages, so no fighting for spaces.
Shared Amenities: Full access to a modern kitchen, living room, and onsite laundry.
Comfort: Central AC and heating throughout the home.
The Neighborhood & Location:
Commuter Friendly: 4 minutes to the freeway and walking distance to the Bay Point BART Station.
Convenience: Walking distance to Safeway and a new San Marco shopping center; 5 minutes to Oak Hills Shopping Center (Chase, Dollar Tree, etc.).
Safety: HOA-managed community with a surveillance system and a local community park.

Rental Terms:
Rent: $1,000/month
Utilities: $85/month

Requirements:
Proof of income.
Minimum credit score of 630.
Clean criminal background check.
