Room for rent

Do you like a simple daily life in a peaceful home? My home is clean, quiet, and wellmaintained. I have a threebedroom and twobathroom home. It's all on one floor, so there's no need to go up or down stairs. My home has a treadmill, exercise equipment, and weights. It is fully solar powered, and I have enough power to charge my EV, a guest's EV, and still have power left over for the home.

The room has a twinsized bed, a small desk, a glider chair with foot stool, shelves, a closet, mirrors, and a storage cabinet. Although it is fully furnished, you may decorate it as you wish. This room only has enough sleep space for one person.

I am quiet, kind, openminded, alternative lifestyle friendly, and introverted. I work from home most days.

No smoking of any kind.
No pets.

My home is near two small parks. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and peaceful.

It's fine to have sweethearts come over, but not to move in or spend most of their time here.
