Hello, me and my girlfriend recently split with our former roommate and are looking for someone to sign onto our lease for the 5-6 months at least (until around June at least). It’s 1 bedroom in a 3 bedroom, with a shared/main bathroom. Decent sized closet and room. In-unit washer and drier. Looking for at least $800-850 a month with utilities included. Cats are ok, dogs are not (We have 1 cat). Smoking is fine just don’t do it inside preferably (at least out of a window) cigarettes not preferred. Willing to see how you feel about groceries / how you want to split them (we are ok with separate or shared). Keeping the common area clean after use is a must. Our living room is currently pretty bare following our roommate’s departure but we are looking to fill it back up more soon. Photos are from before cleaning but be assured the room and common area will be clean before move-in.
