Room For Rent

Hey! I’m looking for a roomie or roomies to rent a room in my home near I-70 & Sheridan. It’s a 2-bedroom, 1-bath house in a quiet, beautiful neighborhood. The bedroom is 10’3” × 17’9”, and there’s a huge shared living room that you’re welcome to make yourself at home in. The house also has a backyard, driveway, and plenty of street parking. My goal is to create a space that feels peaceful, cozy, welcoming, and genuinely like home.

Rent is $1,300/month, which includes all utilities.

A little about me: I’m an outdoorsy, down-to-earth, artsy, nerdy, active, extroverted introvert. I love hiking, camping, snowboarding, tennis, swimming, kayaking, biking, longboarding, photography, creating art, meditation, and West Coast Swing dancing. I enjoy having community at home—sharing the occasional meal, conversation, or adventure—but I also really respect people’s independence and personal space. Ideally, I’d love to live with someone or a couple that's kind, communicative, considerate, and values a calm, positive home environment.

I own a dog training business and have a service dog and a cat. Every so often, I board incredible, well-trained dogs that I know and trust, so there may occasionally be a few extra furry friends around. Other animals are welcome as long as they get along with everyone 🐾
