Hello people! I have moved out of this house and is ready for someone to move in as of today. Looking for a male tenant to move into the room.

There are 4 other males who are currently students at Regis University. The house is a 5 minute walk from the campus. This house is only a 10 minute drive away from downtown and a 15 minute drive from Golden, so you would be close to basically everything.

The price in total would be around $850 with utilities.
