Looking for a Third Roommate!

Hey everyone! My roommate and I are on the hunt for a third roommate to join us in our cozy and cute home starting April 15th, 2026. Here are the details:
Location: Regis neighborhood by Tennyson street and by I-70, I-76

Room: Top floor bedroom with your own private bathroom. Tons of space to make it your own! There is a large closet and open closet space in the hallway closet upstairs. Our loft will no longer have a couch so there will be space for a couple more pieces of furniture.

Rent: Will be confirmed at time of lease renewal but looking like ~$1,000/mo
3 bedrooms (2 upstairs, one in basement), everyone has a private bathroom with a bathtub and then one half bathroom in the kitchen for guests.
Lease details: We’re looking for someone to commit to a 12-month lease
Utilities: Split between the three of us and usually come out to about $100/month per person.

Who we’re looking for: A person in their 20s-30s who’s friendly, reliable, and communicates well.

No smoking, and no cat allergies—we have a very friendly cat who loves attention. No cats - sadly Poptart is not good with other cats. Ideally no pets but we are open to small/trained dogs and fish/caged animals! We have a fish tank but the more the merrier. Also would love to adopt more plants.

Amenities: We have a fireplace, large windows with lots of natural light during the day, driveway/easy street parking, a 2 car garage and in-unit laundry. Laundry is accessed through the basement room so we’d need to coordinate a schedule for laundry to be convenient for everyone. We have a small backyard that’s very cozy!

We’re two ladies in their mid-20’s, working full-time. We keep our shared spaces very tidy and have a rotating chore schedule to keep everything running smoothly. We’re a chill, respectful household that likes to keep things clean and drama-free. We rotate chores and have some generalized rules we very easily follow just so everyone can live comfortably. We enjoy spending nights in together, cooking or watching a show. We’re both outdoorsy and enjoy spending our free time in the mountains.
