My roommate and I are two guys in our early 20s looking for someone to take over a bedroom in our downtown apartment for the summer starting June 8th.

The setup:

3 bed / 3 bath — you'd have your own private bedroom and bathroom. Our living room and kitchen are furnished. the bedroom is unfurnished.

Short-term lease: June 8 through end of September, with some flexibility on the exact move-out date
